PURE BLACKJACK HOUSE RULES
TURLOCK
POKER ROOM

Turlock Poker Room does not participate in the play of the game and has no
interest in the outcome of the play. No individual can compete with or bet
against Turlock Poker Room.

By taking a seat in a game at Turlock Poker Room, you agree to act in a
civilized manner. Discourteous behavior (including, but not limited to
foul/abusive language, criticizing dealers/other players, or throwing cards)
will not be tolerated.

All cash must be converted to chips.
No credit will be issued. No
verbal or called bets.

Players removing their wager prior to completion of the pay-off may lose the
maximum bet or win the minimum amount. Players may not touch the cards.

Any attempt to switch, pass or hold-out cards will cause the player’s hand
to be fouled and forfeiture of that wager to the extent that money covers.

Players are responsible for the protection of their own wagers.

The player must indicate his/her intention to hit or stand by means of hand
signals.

Player may assume the Player/Banker position two hands per round.
-
Players who bank "Kum-Kum" do so at their own risk. The House will not hold
up action or be responsible for settling disputes that arise from "Kum-Kum"
banks.

Any “Kum-Kum” bets will not be recognized.
No cross-betting. Daisu is not allowed.
Turlock Poker Room is not responsible for disagreements related to Daisu
betting.

A Player may play up to three positions all of which must be adjacent to the
Player’s seat. All bets on multiple
positions must be the same. If a Player chooses to bet only the minimum
amount, the minimum bet increases with each position played.
No hopping is allowed.

One player per hand, the person wagering
the largest amount of money will handle the cards and has the final decision
on the play of that particular hand.

You must play at least two consecutive hands before taking the Player/Banker
position.

The Player/Banker can only be bought in open betting spots.

The Player/Banker position pays all table collection.

Turlock Poker Room management reserves the right to make decisions which are
in the best interest of the game.
Decision of the Floor Person is final.
DOUBLE DOWN, SPLIT & SURRENDER

Players may double down on any two cards and receive one card.
-
Players may double down after splitting.
-
Players may double down for a smaller bet.
-
Players may split up to three times for all card values.
-
All splits must be equal to the amount of the original wager.
-
Players may split any two cards of the same value and draw multiple cards.
-
Split Aces may receive multiple cards, but a player cannot double down with
Split Aces.

A split Ace and a Bonus card is worth 21 and does not pay 6:5.
-
Players may surrender 1/2 of their wager on the first two cards unless the
Dealer has a Pure 21.5 Blackjack.

PURE 21.5 BLACKJACK
·
A pure 21.5 Blackjack beats all other hands
·
A K bonus pays 6:5
·
AQ bonus pays 6:5
·
AJ bonus pays 6:5
·
A 10 bonus pays 6:5
·
If a player does not receive a pure 21.5 blackjack the second best hand is 21
THE 888 RULE
If both the Player and the Player/Banker’s total exceeds 21.5 and the
Player/Banker’s hand is 8-8-8 (three eights) it is a push.
